The Cooking class in Tuscany is held in English in a kitchen right in front of an amazing landscapes of the Chianti hills.
At your arrival you will be greeted with Chianti wine . You will handpick the whole produce directly from the garden, necessary ingredients of the receipes.
You will learn how to prepare a complete fine meal from starter to dessert, giving particular attention to homemade handcrafted pasta such as tagliatelle, tortelli, ravioli, pappardelle and gnocchi. Expect to work play and taste! At the end of cooking class you will enjoy the menu that you have personally prepared, accompained by a wine pairing. The cookery lesson are available on request for any day, year round, for a minimum of two and a maximum of ten people, in order to assure a better enjoyment of each other’s company and get as much attention as possible.
The “Cooking Class in Tuscany” consist of a 4-5 hour session during which we’ll prepare a delectable 4 course.
